Ho lasciato il mio cane a periodi alternati e tutte le volte che andavo a prenderla, l’ho sempre trovata in ottimo stato. Vengono trattati bene e il personale molto disponibile e professionale, lo consiglio ☺️ Great place to drop off your dog. I left my dog at alternating periods and every time I went to pick it up, I always found it in excellent condition. Ho lasciato il mio per un periodo più o meno lungo, il proprietario si è mostrato gentile e disponibile, ha un grandissimo parco dove far sgambare i cani, le cuccette per i cani hanno due stanze con videocamere e riscaldamento, La cuccia viene inoltre pulita regolarmente, un posto che merita. A great place to leave your dogs. Ho un pastore tedesco di 8 anni maschio e un incrocio di yorkshire femmina di 11 anni, per chi ama i propri cani può capire cosa significa. Metto 5 stelle perché la struttura, servizio e personale meritano! l'unica a Palermo, e di pensioni ne ho girate. La struttura, come tutto il Village é di nuova costruzione sollevata dal suolo terreno e assemblata con i pannelli coibentati, , l'area dove i cani alloggiavano era abbastanza spaziosa ( 2 aree, notte e giorno) all'interno c'é il beveratoio di acqua sempre corrente e una lampada termica inoltre dispongono di servizio video H24, ( io dalla Germania vedevo i miei cani H24 dall'app) che é un servizio fantastico! Rosario persona fantastica e con un amore immenso per gli animali e professionale, sempre disponibile, li trattava come fossero i suoi e di più! E successo che la cagnolina piccola non ha mangiato per due giorni, essendo non abituata a stare senza la famiglia, allora Rosario ha rimediato mescolando alle crocchette un pò di mangime umido, piccoli ma importanti dettagli. Pulizia ogni giorno, non ce stato un giorno che ho visto che non ha pulito il box( era il periodo delle feste natalizie e capodanno). Sono stato davvero molto soddisfatto e grato, un vero village per cani lo consiglio veramente! I state that I have never left my dogs to anyone or people or boarding houses. I have an 8 year old male German Shepherd and an 11 year old female Yorkshire crossbreed, for those who love their dogs can understand what this means. I put 5 stars because the structure, service and staff deserve! the only one in Palermo, and I've toured pensions. The structure, like the whole Village, is of new construction raised from the ground and assembled with insulated panels, the area where the dogs stayed was quite spacious (2 areas, night and day) inside there is the drinking trough. always running water and a heat lamp also have H24 video service, (I from Germany saw my dogs H24 from the app) which is a fantastic service! Rosario fantastic person and with an immense love for animals and professional, always available, he treated them as if they were his own and more! It happened that the little dog did not eat for two days, being not used to being without her family, so Rosario remedied by mixing a little wet food with the croquettes, small but important details. Cleaning every day, there was not a day that I saw that he did not clean the box (it was the time of the Christmas and New Year holidays). I was really very satisfied and grateful, a real village for dogs I really recommend it!

Rosario è stato sempre disponibile, il nostro cucciolo è stato bene lo abbiamo trovato in gran forma. Lo consiglio vivamente! Our Oscar was 3 months at this property ... we had a great time, we could see him constantly via video camera. Mr. Rosario was always available, our puppy was fine we found him in great shape. I highly recommend it!
