A	Andrea Massidda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pizze sono buone però purtroppo chiamo alle 20 per ordinare 2 pizze mi è stato detto che sarebbero arrivate alle 21 e sono arrivate alle 22 ho chiamato 2 volte e per tutte e due le volte mi è stato detto che erano in viaggio io abito a neanche 2 km dalla pizzeria, purtroppo non rispettano gli orari The pizzas are good but unfortunately I call at 8pm to order 2 pizzas I was told they would arrive at 9pm and they arrived at 10pm I called twice and both times I was told they were traveling I don't live in either 2 km from the pizzeria, unfortunately they do not respect the timetables

Se avessi letto le recensioni probabilmente non avrei ordinato, ma non le avevo lette e ho così avuto modo di valutare questa pizzeria e di poterla recensire positivamente. First experience, pizzas and appetizers ordered with Deliveroo, arrive very hot and with a slight advance. If I had read the reviews I probably wouldn't have ordered, but I hadn't read them and so I was able to rate this pizzeria and be able to review it positively.
G	Giulia Ponzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho kiamato alle 19.30 per ordinare 1 pizza, mi hanno detto che non sarebbe arrivata prima delle 20.30 e va benissimo ma dopo le 20.30 mi sarei aspettata che arrivasse la pizza, invece è arrivata alle 21.40 e pure fredda premetto che avevo kiamato alle 20.50 e mi hanno detto fra 5 minuti è pronta e la portiamo subito invece è arrivata 1 ora dopo io abito a 2 kilometri da Cesanoz... se do 3 stelle solo perché il ragazzo delle consegne era gentile e mortificato I called at 19.30 to order 1 pizza, they told me that it would not arrive before 20.30 and that's fine but after 20.30 I would have expected the pizza to arrive, instead it arrived at 21.40 and cold too I state that I had called at 20.50 and I they said in 5 minutes it is ready and we will bring it immediately instead it arrived 1 hour later I live 2 kilometers from Cesanoz ... if I give 3 stars only because the delivery guy was kind and mortified

HO CHIAMATO ALLE 20.30 E UNA RAGAZZA MI HA RISPOSTO E MI AVREBBE DETTO CHE SAREBBE ARRIVATA TRA 10 MINUTI. VERGOGNATEVI. DOVE STA LA CORRETTEZZA? SIETE DEGLI INCOMPETENTI. SOLO UNA PAROLA: VERGOGNA!!!!!!!!!! TOOUGH THERE ARE NO ZERO STARS. PIZZA ORDERED AT 7.35pm. IT IS 9.11 PM AND IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. Pizza ordinata con consegna prevista ore 20.45, 30 minuti dopo aver chiamato la pizzeria, mi informato di un lieve ritardo per vari problemi, che avrebbero infornato e sarebbero arrivati nel tempo di 20 minuti. Dopo altri 35 minuti la pizza non si vede, e siamo ad 1 ora di ritardo dall'orario di consegna. Possono succedere i disguidi, i problemi, gli inconvenienti, ma così mi sa di scarsa professionalità e non aggiungo altro. Come prima volta sarà anche l'ultima.. Indecente. C	Camilla Bonaldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzanti 2 pizze ordinate intorno alle 20:00 con deliveroo, consegna prevista alle ore 21:00. Alle 21:15 chiamiamo per chiedere dove fossero le pizze, la ragazza dice che entro 5 minuti sarebbero arrivate e che, per scusarsi del ritardo, avrebbero aggiunto 2 bibite al nostro ordine. Dalle 21:40 alle 22:00 proviamo a chiamare ripetutamente la pizzeria con esito negativo. Alle 22:00 l'ordine su deliveroo risultava consegnato, ma delle pizze neanche l'ombra. Il mio ragazzo si reca in pizzeria (a 800m da casa), ribadiscono che le pizze sono in arrivo e che avremo in omaggio delle bibite extra per il disagio. Morale della favola: alle 22:25 arrivano SOLO le due pizze, peraltro di pessima qualità. Mai più. Embarassing 2 pizzas ordered around 20:00 with deliveroo, delivery scheduled at 21:00. At 9.15 pm we call to ask where the pizzas were, the girl says that they would arrive within 5 minutes and that, to apologize for the delay, they would add 2 drinks to our order. From 21:40 to 22:00 we try to repeatedly call the pizzeria with negative results. At 22:00 the order on deliveroo was delivered, but not even the shadow of the pizzas. My boyfriend goes to a pizzeria (800m from home), they reiterate that the pizzas are on the way and that we will have extra drinks for the inconvenience. Moral of the story: at 22:25 arrive ONLY the two pizzas, however of very bad quality. Never again.
