i	italservizi srl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo ritardo nella consegna di un'ora ma la cosa peggiore e che una 4formaggi arriva tutta piena di fuliggine e bruciata e con zola avevo ordinato senza, il panzerotto con prosciutto avevo chiesto senza avvolto nella stagnola e ciliegina sulla torta il tutto oramai freddo, ho provato a chiamare ma senza esito perché sicuramente telefono fuori posto.non mi fa inserire foto altrimenti avrei documentato meglio ah sapete che fine hanno fatto buttate in pattumiera bravi complimenti ci avete rovinato la cena Bad service delay in delivery of an hour but the worst thing is that a 4formaggi arrives all full of soot and burnt and with zola I had ordered without, the panzerotto with ham I had asked without wrapped in foil and icing on the cake all now cold, I tried to call but without success because surely the phone is out of place. it doesn't let me insert photos otherwise I would have documented better ah you know what happened to them throw in the dustbin good compliments you ruined our dinner

Pizze sotto la media Order two pizzas through deliveroo which indicated delivery time 15 minutes, order placed at 19.20 delivery expected at about 19.45 ... pizzas arrived at 20.40 almost cold. Dopo 40 minuti mi hanno detto che erano in consegna nell'arco di un quarto d'ora. Esattamente mezz'ora dopo richiamo e mi dicono che le devono ancora preparare...pizze arrivate alle 21 e 30 quasi fredde e di bassa qualità. Gradirei venisse modificato il tempo di consegna stimato, se no i clienti si sentono davvero presi in giro, come nel mio caso. I placed an order for 3 pizzas at 8pm. Estimated delivery time via Glovo 20 minutes ... After 40 minutes they told me they were on delivery within a quarter of an hour. Exactly half an hour after the call and they tell me that they still have to prepare them ... pizzas arrived at 9.30pm almost cold and of low quality. I would like the estimated delivery time to be changed, otherwise the customers feel really cheated, as in my case.
l	luana Conte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato a domicilio 5 pizze alle ore 19, alle 20.20 non era arrivato nulla , ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto che erano un po' in ritardo ma le pizze erano in forno. Alle 21 non essendo arrivato nulla richiamo e mi risponde una signora alquanto sgarbata che mi dice che il ragazzo delle consegne mi aveva chiamata ed io nn avevo risposto. Le dico che è impossibile in quanto ho tenuto il cellulare davanti a me e non ha mai squillato. Lei allora chiama il ragazzo delle consegne che dice che il cliente precedente non rispondeva quindi anche la mia consegna era in ritardo. Le dico che sarebbe bastata un po' di sincerità in fase di ordine ed averci comunicato che erano pieni di ordinazioni...la signora mi liquida dicendomi che cmq le pizze stanno arrivando. Tempo 10 minuti le pizze arrivano, peccato siano gommose, bruciate sotto, una salatissima, insomma...un disastro. Non prenderò mai più una pizza in questo posto I ordered 5 pizzas at home at 19, nothing had arrived at 20.20, I called and they said they were a bit late but the pizzas were in the oven. At 9 pm, since nothing has arrived, I call back and a rather rude lady answers me and tells me that the delivery guy had called me and I hadn't answered. I tell her it's impossible as I held my cell phone in front of me and it never rang. She then calls the delivery guy who says the previous customer was not responding so my delivery was also late. I tell her that a little sincerity would have been enough when ordering and to have informed us that they were full of orders ... the lady liquidates me by telling me that anyway the pizzas are on their way. Time 10 minutes the pizzas arrive, too bad they are rubbery, burnt underneath, a very salty one, in short ... a disaster. I will never get a pizza in this place again

Ho accettato senza alcun problema. Alle 20.30 non vedendo arrivare nessuno, decido di telefonare e mi rispondono che le pizze erano in preparazione, pertanto sarebbero arrivate dopo 10 minuti. Alle 21 non vedendo nessuno, richiamo , oramai un po irritata chiedendo ancora spiegazioni. Morale della storia: pizze arrivate alle 21.15 , tiepide, ed il ragazzo delle consegne non aveva neppure il resto. Ho restituito le pizze e sono andata al Mc Donald’s !capisco tutto, ma il cliente va trattato con onestà! I accepted without any problem. At 20.30 not seeing anyone arrive, I decide to call and they tell me that the pizzas were in preparation, therefore they would arrive after 10 minutes. At 9 pm not seeing anyone, I recall, now a bit irritated, asking for more explanations. Moral of the story: pizzas arrived at 9.15 pm, lukewarm, and the delivery guy didn't even have the rest. I returned the pizzas and went to Mc Donald's! I understand everything, but the customer must be treated with honesty! Never again
