★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preventivi folli di almeno 1400 euro, quando in realtà si trattava soltanto di benzina sporca nel motore... Meno male che alla fine ho deciso di portare la mia auto dal mio meccanico di fiducia, seppur a 100 km distanza da questi qua... State attenti.
Crazy quotes of at least 1400 euros, when in reality it was only dirty petrol in the engine ... Thank goodness that in the end I decided to take my car to my trusted mechanic, albeit 100 km away from these ... Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se volete sentirvi presi in giro e cercate scortesia e qualcuno che non vi risolva il problema questo è il posto giusto! io e mio marito siamo stati soccorsi da loro in autostrada, ci hanno chiamato il giorno dopo dicendoci che avevano capito il problema e con un preventivo di 350€ abbiamo accettato la riparazione, due giorni dopo ci chiamano e il prezzo è aumentato perché mancava l'iva, passano altri due giorni e ci dicono di cambiare un altro pezzo per risolvere il problema accettiamo anche se nel giro di 3 giorni siamo arrivati a 720€ di conto, bene dopo una spesa così dai per scontato che il problema sia risolto visti i controlli fatti e tutti i pezzi da loro suggeriti cambiati; e invece due giorni dopo averla ritirata di nuovo fermi in mezzo alla strada, per fortuna con amici che ci hanno aiutato; abbiamo chiamato per riferire il tutto e a parte la scortesia della segretaria al nostro giusto malumore visto che la macchina era stata riparata da esattamente 2 giorni, tutto quello che ci è stato detto dopo avergliela riportata è che la macchina era perfetta e non c'era nessun problema, quindi l'abbiamo ritirata e di sicuro non ci rivolgeremo mai più a loro. Noi il problema continuiamo ad averlo e ci rivolgeremo ad altri per risolverlo ma di certo qui non c'è competenza e soprattutto non c'è assistenza e attenzione al cliente, però i soldi sono stati incassati.
if you want to feel cheated and you are looking for rudeness and someone who does not solve the problem this is the right place! my husband and I were rescued by them on the highway, they called us the next day telling us that they had understood the problem and with a € 350 quote we accepted the repair, they call us two days later and the price increased because there was no VAT, two more days go by and they tell us to change another piece to solve the problem. We accept even if within 3 days we have reached a € 720 account, well after an expense so you assume that the problem is solved given the controls facts and all the pieces they suggested changed; and instead two days after having withdrawn it again stopped in the middle of the road, fortunately with friends who helped us; we called to report everything and apart from the rudeness of the secretary to our right moodiness since the car had been repaired for exactly 2 days, all we were told after having reported it to her is that the car was perfect and there was no problem, so we have withdrawn it and we will certainly never turn to them again. We continue to have the problem and we will turn to others to solve it but certainly there is no competence here and above all there is no assistance and attention to the customer, but the money has been cashed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il viaggio di ritorno dalle vacanze, ho avuto un guasto in corsia di sorpasso in autostrada.
Il personale delle autostrade mi ha prestato immediatamente soccorso, mettendomi con i miei 2 bambini in sicurezza. Poi siamo stati assistiti da quest’officina che ci ha fatto accomodare nella sua sala d’aspetto Con divano, tavolo e distributore di bibite e snack dove ho potuto tranquillizzare i miei bambini facendoli disegnare e guardare i nostri iPad. Che dire ci siamo sentiti quasi a casa. Per di più hanno aspettato oltre l’orario di chiusura che mio marito ci venisse a prendere da Brescia. Che dire...grazie grazie e ancora grazie. Tutti gentili, disponibili.

On my return trip from vacation, I had a fast lane breakdown on the motorway.
The highway staff immediately rescued me, putting me with my 2 children in safety. Then we were assisted by this workshop that made us sit in its waiting room with sofa, table and vending machine for drinks and snacks where I was able to reassure my children by having them draw and look at our iPads. What can I say we felt almost at home. What's more, they waited after closing time for my husband to pick us up from Brescia. What can I say ... thanks thanks and thanks again. All kind, helpful.
