Nel mese di agosto, subito dopo Ferragosto, sono partito da Milano con la mia famiglia per le vacanze (destinazione Croazia). Giunti ad un autogrill, si è accesa la spia dell'olio dell'auto. Al momento di sollevare il portellone del vano motore però si è sganciato il cavo che permetteva l'accesso al vano motore. Per me si è trattato di un momento di grande difficoltà ! Ho deciso di lasciare l'autostrada e il destino mi ha portato fino alla vostra officina. Appena possibile avete risolto i problemi in mia presenza con professionalità e correttezza, senza speculare sulla mia situazione di difficoltà. Ho così potuto proseguire il mio viaggio senza problemi. Me ne ricordo ancora e desidero ringraziarvi anche per la disponibilità umana dimostrata nella circostanza.

In August, immediately after Ferragosto, I left Milan with my family for the holidays (destination Croatia). When we reached a motorway restaurant, the car's oil warning light came on. However, when it was time to lift the tailgate of the engine compartment, the cable that allowed access to the engine compartment was released. For me it was a very difficult moment! I decided to leave the highway and fate took me to your garage. As soon as possible you solved the problems in my presence with professionalism and fairness, without speculating on my difficult situation. So I was able to continue my journey without any problems. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato per la trattativa di un auto, ho ricevuto le foto in anteprima ed è stato disponibilissimo. Alla fine non si è concluso l’acquisto in quanto l’auto in questione non aveva le caratteristiche che cercavo io ma il venditore si è rivelato molto gentile e disponibile.

Andrea persona molto disponibile e paziente, date le mie richieste, pronto a farmi avere foto e dati necessari alla valutazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una gran bella azienda, hanno trovato la mia auto anche nel periodo brutto nel quale siamo e seguendo le mie particolari esigenze. Nonostante l’auto sia lievitata di prezzo negli ultimi tempi, avendo sentito molti posti in giro, quelli del Bivio mi hanno fatto decisamente un buon prezzo.
Dopo 1 mese di possesso della mia nuova audi TT, posso solo che rimanere contento di questa officina.
Sicuramente tornerò da loro per altre auto, ho potuto conoscerli e sono veramente cordiali e disponibili. Un grazie ad Andrea che mi ha seguito fino all ultimo.
A great company, they found my car even in the bad period we are in and following my particular needs. Although the car has risen in price in recent times, having heard many places around, those at the Bivio have definitely made me a good price.
After 1 month of owning my new audi TT, I can only be happy with this workshop.
I will definitely go back to them for other cars, I got to know them and they are really friendly and helpful. Thanks to Andrea who followed me until the last.
