È capitato che gli ingredienti di un piatto non corrispondessero e questa variazione spontanea e non comunicata mi ha un po' lasciato perplesso. Ho fatto presente la cosa ai titolari e ne è nato un confronto sereno ed educato.
Sono comunque contento che ci sia un luogo in cui si possa sperimentare gusti e ingredienti così sui Monti Dauni.
 Very interesting menu with certainly particular and curious proposals. It happened that the ingredients of a dish did not match and this spontaneous and not communicated variation left me a bit perplexed. I pointed this out to the owners and a serene and polite discussion was born.
However, I am happy that there is a place where you can experiment with tastes and ingredients like this in the Dauni Mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricavato in un edificio ottocentesco ove si riparavano le carrozze , l'officina 17 è sicuramente un locale da visitare . Cucina di terra e di acqua . Materie prime freschissime e di qualità , abbinamenti non scontati , eccellente presentazione dei piatti e bravura da parte del personale , il tutto in un bellissimo ambiente. Bravi Luigi e Giorgio , paladini del loro territorio. CONSIGLIATO !!!
Housed in a nineteenth-century building where the carriages were repaired, the workshop 17 is certainly a place to visit. Land and water cuisine. Very fresh and quality raw materials, non-discounted combinations, excellent presentation of the dishes and skill on the part of the staff, all in a beautiful environment.
