★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva. Un mese in più rispetto ai tempi di consegna riferiti, per buona parte della fornitura.
Montaggio delle poltroncine disastroso: gli operai non trovavano i pezzi. Poi, dopo lunga e laboriosa ricerca sono riusciti a trovarli. Scopro dopo qualche giorno che i pistoni non sono stati montati sulle relative poltroncine (su quella ospiti è stato montato il pezzo di quella direzionale e viceversa) e che hanno altezze differenti. Ho richiesto intervento. Sono venuti ed hanno fatto peggio! Ora i pistoni non si muovono più e le sedie sono bloccate in altezza.
Hanno martellato sulla struttura in ferro, danneggiandola! Pronto a cambiare opinione se i correttivi verranno apportati in tempi brevi.
Aggiornamento. Mi hanno sostituito i pezzi danneggiati in tempi brevi.
Unfortunately my experience was not positive. One month longer than the reported delivery times, for a large part of the supply.
Disastrous assembly of the armchairs: the workers could not find the pieces. Then, after a long and laborious search, they managed to find them. I discover after a few days that the pistons have not been mounted on the relative armchairs (the directional one has been mounted on the guest one and vice versa) and that they have different heights. I requested intervention. They came and did worse! Now the pistons no longer move and the chairs are locked in height.
They hammered on the iron structure, damaging it! Ready to change your mind if corrections are made quickly.
Update. They replaced the damaged parts in a short time.
