I ordered an airoh terminator cut gloss helmet instead a cleft arrived with a different color, I understand the competitive price but selling one product and shipping another is neither professional nor correct.

Ho effettuato il mio primo ordine (abbastanza articolato vista la varietà dei materiali) ed ho avuto un supporto costante anche tramite telefono (voce) e WhatsApp (testi e foto). Tutto il materiale è arrivato il giorno seguente alla data di spedizione ed il contenuto del pacco era molto ordinato e ben disposto. Sicuramente rifarò altri ordini e lo consiglierò agli amici. Se volete acquistare in assoluta sicurezza e non sbagliare taglie e tipologie di prodotti, Off Road Store è il posto giusto. ;)

All the material arrived the day after the date of shipment and the contents of the package were very neat and well disposed. I will definitely do other orders and recommend it to friends. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il venditore ha spedito un oggetto difettato, ha campato scuse all'aria fino alla fine per non fornire un rimborso dopo vari reclami ha rimborsato solo 3/4 della somma con spese di reso a mio carico.
Davvero scorretto e inaffidabile consiglio solo di stargli il più lontano possibile!
Seller shipped a defective item, he unsubstantiated excuses to air until the end to not provide a refund after several complaints repaid only 3/4 of the amount with made my expense.
Really incorrect and unreliable, I only recommend staying as far away as possible!
