La vendita è andata bene, tutti gentili e professionali, ma quando ho avuto un problema ho dovuto insistere per applicare la garanzia, hanno provato a chiedermi le spese di spedizione al fornitore e sono stato trattato malissimo. Recensione lunga nelle immagini (qui non c'è lo spazio sufficiente). risposta al proprietario: di certo non vado in giro a dire falsità. È evidente che non avete capito il messaggio ed il suggerimento sulla customer care. L’addetta mi ha detto che avrei dovuto pagare 14 euro di spedizione. Quando ho eccepito che il prodotto è in garanzia mi ha risposto “se si rifiuta non c’è problema”. Credo abbiate un po’ di problemi di gestione. Saluti. I naselli degli occhiali con dimensioni diverse. Lenti antigraffio della categoria più alta che escono dalla cornice e che presentano già graffi senza aver subito traumi! Al mio reclamo mi è stato risposto che la garanzia non copre questo tipo di graffio (a loro insindacabile giudizio del tutto opinabile). Servizio post vendita superficiale. Absolutely dissatisfied.
