Purtroppo i guasti non guardano il calendario e capitano anche in questo periodo. Non tutti sono prevedibili grazie ad interventi regolari di manutenzione. Ho avuto la buona sorte di contattare telefonicamente questa concessionaria auto dotata di officina e, nonostante fosse anche venerdì pomeriggio, ho potuto parlare con un gentilissimo tecnico dell'officina, gli ho spiegato i sintomi dell'anomalia e nel giro di un'ora l'auto era già connessa al dispositivo di diagnostica che ha indirizzato la riparazione. La necessità di attendere l'arrivo di un pezzo di ricambio ha spostato la riconsegna dell'auto al lunedì successivo, ma è avvenuta nei tempi minimi necessari ed ho potuto circolare con un'auto sostitutiva che sono stati in grado di mettermi a disposizione, nonostante non l'avessi prenotata per tempo. La fortuna mi ha aiutato, ma sono anche capitato in una concessionaria ben organizzata e gestita con attenzione al cliente, non importa se abituale od occasionale.
