Non avendo libretto o descrizione di manutenzione , ho contattato la ditta Oekotherm di Bressanone . Dopo i primi contatti dove chiedevo come venissero smontate le piastre esterne e i vari punti per meglio trasportarla , qualcosa non quadrava !!! Il tecnico dopo una ricerca mi confermava che si trattava invece del modello ATOR .
In più , il tecnico ,(che purtroppo non so il nome per ringraziarlo) a chiamato direttamente la casa madre in Germania e mi ha fornito tutti i dettagli che mi interessavano. Ringrazio per la premura , non essendo cliente diretto, della professionalità competenza e cortesia offertami, un plauso a tutto lo staff , cordialmente Tommasi Alberto , Arco.

The technician after researching it confirmed that it was instead of ATOR model.
