Außerdem kamen auf uns weitere Mehrspesen zu, weil die Firma Elektro Plaickner den Satellitenkabel nicht richtig an die entsprechende Dose im Raum angeschlossen hat. So mussten wir einen Techniker rufen, der diesen groben Mangel ausgebessert hat. Auf Reklamation beim entsprechenden Mitarbeiter kam zunächst gar keine Antwort. Erst eine E-Mail an den Chef bewegte die Firma dazu, uns zu antworten. Auf uns zugegangen ist die Elektro Plaickner jedoch nicht. Die Kosten für die Ausbesserungen sind bislang bei uns hängen geblieben. Für die abgelieferte Leistung ist der Stundensatz mit 45 Euro zu hoch bemessen.
We weren't satisfied. The company forgot to plug in a socket and the doorbell. We also incurred additional expenses because Elektro Plaickner did not properly connect the satellite cable to the corresponding socket in the room. So we had to call a technician to repair this major defect. There was initially no response to a complaint from the relevant employee. It was only after an email to the boss that the company moved to answer us. However, Elektro Plaickner did not approach us. The costs for the repairs have so far stuck with us. The hourly rate of 45 euros is too high for the service provided.
