Tutto bene fino a quando il Signor Ivano si è recato a casa per il montaggio dell'acquario, consigliandoci di lasciar accesa la luce dell'acquario per una settimana per facilitare la fotosintesi delle piante che (nonostante la cospicua spesa) sono marcite e morte TUTTE dopo meno di una settimana lasciando l'acqua piena di melma. Ci siamo dovuti recare nuovamente al negozio per chiedere spiegazioni di quanto successo o eventuali aiuti (che non ci sono stati assolutamente dati) per cercare di salvare il salvabile ma con aria spavalda ci è stato detto di acquistare nuovamente altre piante per poter ottenere un eventuale sconto che non abbiamo accettato, dato l'atteggiamento arrogante del proprietario che non curante delle nostre lamentele si è voltato, allontanandosi e lasciandoci da soli dinanzi all'ingresso. Sconsiglio vivamente di effettuare acquisti presso questa attività. I went to this horrible business with my husband to buy a corner aquarium. Everything was fine until Mr. Ivano went home to assemble the aquarium, advising us to leave the aquarium light on for a week to facilitate the photosynthesis of the plants that (despite the considerable cost) are rotten and dead ALL after less than a week leaving the water full of slime. We had to go back to the store to ask for explanations of what happened or any help (which was absolutely not given to us) to try to save what could be saved but with a bold look we were told to buy other plants again in order to get a possible discount. that we have not accepted, given the arrogant attitude of the owner who does not care about our complaints, he turned away and left us alone in front of the entrance. I strongly advise against making purchases from this business.

Il gestore si è dimostrato gentile e competente e devo dire che i prezzi sono piuttosto economici. Ho trovato un vasto assortimento di piante e pesci di tante varietà. Consiglio questo negozio a quanti abbiano bisogno di consigli utili per sapere come tenere un acquario e in generale agli appassionati di acquariologia. I found a large assortment of plants and fish of many varieties. I recommend this store to those who need useful tips to know how to keep an aquarium and in general aquariology enthusiasts.
