I proprietari potrebbero però essere più propositivi e cordiali con i clienti. In Foggia it is the only most complete aquarium there is. The choice is complete between marine and freshwater aquariums. However, the owners could be more proactive and friendly with customers.

Innanzitutto, il figlio del proprietario non si spostava neanche per farci entrare nel negozio. E questo già non va bene. Dopo essersi spostato, finalmente, alle nostre domande non solo ha risposto in maniera sprezzante (se fa la goccia dovete buttarlo), ma ci ha consigliato un acquario da 500€, senza che glielo avessimo domandato. Inoltre, il ragazzo non sapeva niente di quello che gli chiedevamo e aveva una scarsa padronanza dell'italiano. Morale della favola: il mio compagno ha siliconato l'acquario, l'abbiamo già riempito, va benissimo e a breve compreremo i pesci. Non certo da lui, bensì da altri negozianti che si sono mostrati competenti, gentili e pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra domanda. Sono rimasta basita dal modo di porsi di questo ragazzo. Va bene che è l'attività di famiglia, ma se non si è capaci di trattare a modo i clienti, suggerisco di cambiare mestiere. My partner and I received an aquarium as a gift.
