Chiedo aggiornamenti dopo qualche giorno e non aveva ancora chiamato il vetraio. Una settimana dopo arriva il coperchio nuovo e mancava un buco. Decido di andarlo a prendere ed arrangiarmi. Mi fa pagare l'acquario più di quanto concordato inizialmente. Chiedo di avvolgerlo nel pluriball ma non ce l'ha, me lo avvolge in uno scatolone bagnato. Come se non bastasse, si dimentica di includere nel conto la tanica d'acqua di osmosi e mi fa tornare indietro a pagarla. Assurdo. Zero professionalism. I ordered a very simple aquarium with lid and it came with the lid not on. I ask for updates after a few days and he still hadn't called the glazier. A week later the new lid arrives and a hole was missing. I decide to go get it and make do. He charges me for the aquarium more than originally agreed. I ask to wrap it in bubble wrap but he doesn't have it, he wraps it for me in a wet box. As if that weren't enough, he forgets to include the osmosis water tank in the bill and makes me go back to pay for it. Absurd.
D	Dario O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo non è un negozio , questo è il negozio, per chi cerca un acquario , di acqua dolce o salata, e per chi cerca i pesci, da fuori non si vede nulla perchè di sopra ci sono solo gli acquari in vendita e gli oggetti per l'allestimento e la pulizia degli stessi ma scendete le scale e vi sfido a rimanere impassibili se siete degli appassionati. Ci sono tutte le pareti interamente ricoperte di decine di vasche con ogni genere di pesce di acqua dolce o marina più degli acquari con i coralli e le piante in centro alla stanza . Vi assicuro che non rimarrete delusi e cosa più importante i pesci sono in salute . Chiedete info al proprietario che è in grado di spiegarvi cosa e come fare in base al tipo di pesce che andate a inserire nel vostro acquario e se quelli che scegliete sono compatibili o incompatibili tra loro.
