L'uomo al banco sembrava scocciato dalla mia presenza, alla domanda su come pulire un tipo di pittura specifica alza le spalle, gli mostro il libretto d'uso e dopo un poco mi dice che "basta leggere". Vero, ma per chi è alle prime armi non basta leggere; volevo il parere di un esperto e invece ho avuto a che fare con un cafone misogino. Nel 2020 rimango ancora allibita dalla mancanza di educazione di certe persone, soprattutto mi chiedo chi l'abbia assunto e con quali criteri, se si tratta invece del proprietario raccomando un corso di customer service. Sottinteso che buongiorno e arrivederci, come anche grazie, sono termini sconosciuti in questo posto. Raccomando a qualsisi donna di stare ben distante da quel ciccione frustrato che ci lavora.
