Ci hanno garantito 15 giorni , siamo al 4 luglio a mia madre restano pochi giorni può “vedere” parte della famiglia solo da videochiamata e NON ci vede ? Ho inviato mail di sollecito e mi hanno risposto che non hanno canali preferenziali e allora mi domando perché illudere le persone? Soprattutto nel caso di mia madre ricoverata in hospice ! Troppa superficialità ? On May 14th we went to buy a pair of glasses for my terminally ill mother. They guaranteed us 15 days, we are on July 4th my mother has a few days left she can "see" part of the family only from a video call and DOES NOT see us ? I sent reminder emails and they replied that they do not have preferential channels and so I wonder why deceive people? Especially in the case of my mother hospitalized in hospice! Too much superficiality ?

Pubblicità ingannevole...ottico altezzoso e quasi infastidito dalle domande dei clienti presenti ( secondo me si vergogna pure lui di proporre quell' offerta a 59 euro vendendo montature probabilmente recuperate da rottamazioni???) Una vergogna...sconsiglio vivamente!!! Bad .... Misleading advertising ... haughty optician and almost bothered by the questions of the customers present (in my opinion he too is ashamed to propose that offer at 59 euros, selling frames probably recovered from scrapping???) A shame ... I strongly advise against !!!

S	Svetlana Golub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona sera a tutti, volevo esprimere la mia negatività per quanto riguarda il sito che puplicizza questi occhiali.non rispetta ciò che dice,io mi sento ingannata, scrivono che montano lenti di qualità tedesca, invece non sono altro che cinesate, tossiche.non consiglio a nessuno questo negozio.sono molto dispiaciuta ,ma mi sento in obbligo di fare presente questa cosa affinché non venga ingannato nessun altro. It does not respect what it says, I feel deceived, they write that they have German quality lenses, instead they are nothing but Chinese, toxic. m	marco savasta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ finalmente alla terza volta siamo riuscitoi entrare ( non ti servono senza appuntamento , anche se vedo sempre setudi con negozio vuoto ). sempre persona diversa, un piccoletto ,uno grossone , adesso una signora nuova. ho chiesto cose che ho visto sul computer, non sapevano neanche da che parte rispondere non ci torno piu' finally the third time we managed to enter (you don't need them without an appointment, even if I always see sets with an empty shop). always a different person, a little guy, a big guy, now a new lady. I asked about things I saw on the computer, they didn't even know which way to answer I won't go back there anymore
L	Luciano Lanzi Official on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare assolutamente 4 paia di occhiali, 2 monofocali, un progressivo(quelli più costosi rispetto alla loro offerta) e uno office, niente dopo due visite con il loro ottico,gli occhiali sono sbagliati per la seconda volta. Fatta visita da oculista, porto la giusta prescrizione,mi vengono rifatti gli occhiali e quelli progressivi sono ancora sbagliati. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi viene detto loro non emettono rimborso, quindi agirò per via legali! Absolutely avoid 4 pairs of glasses, 2 monofocal, a progressive (the more expensive ones compared to their offer) and an office, nothing after two visits with their optician, the glasses are wrong for the second time. Visited by an ophthalmologist, I bring the right prescription, my glasses are redone and the progressive ones are still wrong. I asked for a refund but I am told they do not issue refunds, so I will take legal action!

Ho ordinato nel mese di dicembre 2021 lenti progressive Premium individual purtroppo il mio giudizio personale è ni, non completamente confortevoli. Buone invece le lenti monofocali. Excellent advice with the very good girl Rob.ta. I ordered in December 2021 Premium individual progressive lenses unfortunately my personal opinion is ni, not completely comfortable. Monofocal lenses, on the other hand, are good.
m	marcolino nettarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ al punto vendita di Bergamo. Il ragazzo che mi ha servito ha avuto difficoltà a leggere la ricetta mio oculista di fiducia. Alla mia richiesta la gradazione prima di confermare occhiali si è rifiutato(io volevo solo avere conferma vista la mia forte miopia ) con molta fatica ho scelto una montatura (pochissima scelta) ho volevo pagare tutto con bancomat .lui(a mio avviso molto giovane ed inesperto) mi ha chiesto il 50% in contanti. A questa richiesta sinceramente non me la sono sentita di confermare perché insistenza non mi ha convinto proprio at the Bergamo store. The guy who served me had a hard time reading my trusted eye doctor's prescription. At my request the gradation before confirming glasses was refused (I just wanted to have confirmation given my strong myopia) with a lot of effort I chose a frame (very little choice) I wanted to pay everything with an ATM. He (in my opinion very young and inexperienced) asked me for 50% cash. To this request I honestly did not feel like confirming because insistence did not convince me at all
