Con la loro professionalità e disponibilità (che li hanno sempre contraddistinti) hanno fatto sì che potessi acquistare delle pregiatissime perle in questo momento di emergenza sanitaria, donando alla mia mamma un regalo prezioso (e inaspettato) per il suo traguardo. Given that we have been historical customers of Gioielleria Obrelli for years, I wanted to thank them from my heart for allowing me to make a beautiful gift for my mom's birthday during this quarantine. Sono un giovane orologiaio indipendente e purtroppo non ho l'attrezzatura adeguata per effettuare riporto di materiali preziosi (oro). Decido quindi di affidarmi a loro (in data 26/02/2020) per la riparazione della cassa di un cronografo vintage in oro rosa. La data di consegna (prima del lockdown) non è stata rispettata e conseguentemente è slittata al 21/05/2020. Dopo aver pagato la riparazione (compresa sostituzione vetro plexiglass non richiesta) noto che è stato fatto un riporto in oro giallo su orologio in oro rosa. Chiedo quindi al titolare delucidazioni al riguardo e come giustificazione mi viene detto che le riparazioni sono eseguite esternamente. Sono rimasto deluso dalla poca professionalità dimostrata. I am a young independent watchmaker and unfortunately I do not have the proper equipment to carry over precious materials (gold). So I decide to rely on them (on 26/02/2020) to repair the case of a vintage rose gold chronograph. The delivery date (before the lockdown) was not respected and consequently it was postponed to 21/05/2020. After paying for the repair (including plexiglass glass replacement not required) I notice that a yellow gold transfer has been made on a rose gold watch. I therefore ask the owner for clarifications in this regard and as a justification I am told that the repairs are performed externally. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown.
