È possibile trovare anche orologi per bambini e bambine che devono imparare a leggere le ore e i minuti sull'orologio. Belli anche i gioielli in vendita presso la gioielleria. Le due ragazze sono molto gentili e disponibili sia durante le fasi di scelta e di acquisto sia nel dare informazioni (anche quando si entra solo per quello). La gioielleria è in una via del centro storico di Trento

Anche reparto orologi hanno anche modelli interessanti! Ma Per il personale c’è ancora tanto da migliorare nel mondo delle vendite, nel cura delle esigenze della clientela e come presentare bene i prodotti per poi concludere bene una vendita!
Shop not recommended for rude and unhelpful staff! Too bad for this shop, because the products also look quality and have nice motorcycle things. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero alla ricerca di un nuovo orologio da regalare per un'occasione speciale a mia moglie. Dopo varie gioiellerie più o meno blasonate regnava ormai in me lo sconforto. Prodotti simili, differenze di prezzo minime. Poi sono entrato da Valentini ed ho trovato uno staff gentile ed altamente professionale che ha saputo guidarmi ascoltandomi ed individuando insieme a me l'orologio giusto per la mia metà. Il prezzo è stato onesto e la gioia negli occhi quando mia moglie ha aperto il bel pacchetto mi hanno ripagato del tempo e della spesa confermandomi che era proprio quello che voleva. Siamo tornati insieme in gioielleria per togliere una maglia al cinturino ed abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il titolare che si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile. Torneremo anche per i prossimi acquisti. Consigliatissimo!
I was looking for a new watch to give for a special occasion for my wife. After various more or less noble jewelers, despair now reigned in me. Similar products, minimal price differences. Then I went to Valentini's and I found a kind and highly professional staff who knew how to guide me by listening to me and identifying with me the right watch for my other half. The price was fair and the joy in the eyes when my wife opened the nice package repaid me for the time and expense, confirming that it was just what she wanted. We went back together to the jewelry store to remove a link from the strap and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who proved helpful and kind. We will also be back for future purchases. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Formalmente sono molto gentili. Quando acquisti sono disponibili, non danno fretta e non fanno il minimo sconto, ma questo ci può stare. Purtroppo non sono molto competenti circa i prodotti che vendono. A me hanno dato molte informazioni sul prodotto che poi si sono rivelate errate. Appena hai comprato non esisti più. Se hai bisogno di assistenza sono gentili e molto affabili, ma non risolveranno mai il problema. Ti prendono elegantemente in giro e se insisti con un po’ di decisione la cortesia svanisce e ti scaricano con decisione.
Negozio da evitare.
