★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le titolari del negozio sono molto anziane e non tollerano i bambini. Ci siamo sentiti molto a disagio siamo stati anche ripresi per il modo in cui li educhiamo. Comprate su Amazon che è meglio.
Peraltro siamo stati loro clienti per un po di tempo... Ma veramente non si può lavorare così. Non torneremo certamente. In sintesi un altro negozio destinato a chiudere a breve
The shop owners are very old and do not tolerate children. We felt very uncomfortable we were also taken back for the way we educate them. Buy on Amazon which is better.
Moreover we have been their customers for some time ... But really you can't work like this. We will certainly not be returning. In summary, another store destined to close soon

Personale gentilissimo e competente.
Prezzi ottimi.
Historic shop in the city specialized in slippers as well as everything that can be used to keep the shoes: from laces to any type and color of polish it can serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo e personale molto sgarbato. Sono stato liquidato con "esca dal negozio se non vuole acquistare niente" dalla proprietaria. Comprate su Amazon che negozi del genere meritano solo di chiudere.
Bad service and very rude staff. I was liquidated with "leave the shop if you don't want to buy anything" from the owner. Buy on Amazon that such shops just deserve to close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi dieci anni ho sempre acquistato qui le pantofole per tutta la famiglia e gli accessori per le scarpe, lacci e creme, trovando gentilezza e competenza. L'ultima visita al negozio é stata imbarazzante. Io e mia figlia siamo state servite e trattate dalla titolare in modo molto sgarbato. Siamo uscite con un paio di lacci e il nome della ditta produttrice delle pantofole, decise a comprarle on line. Non ci serviremo più in questo punto vendita.
In the last ten years I have always bought here slippers for the whole family and accessories for shoes, laces and creams, finding kindness and competence. The last visit to the shop was embarrassing. My daughter and I were served and treated by the owner in a very rude way. We went out with a pair of laces and the name of the manufacturer of the slippers, decided to buy them online. We will no longer be needed in this store.
