Avendo io poca cura del mio Iphone ho potuto provare e riprovare l'assistenza di Obiettivo Mela.
La rapidità nell'individuare la soluzione ai problemi tecnici è il primo momento positivo che il cliente percepisce.
La spiegazione dei complessi meccanismi informatici con termini e concetti semplici (la vera filosofia Apple dell'interfaccia amica) è il secondo momento rassicurante.
Il costo degli interventi è sempre spiegato prima in modo corretto e, comunque, più che onesto e quindi molto conveniente.
Infine, avere di fronte persone disponibili e simpatiche quando si hanno problemi con telefonini e pc, credo sia un ulteriore valore aggiunto.
