★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place in an area of outstanding beauty, and the host was very friendly and the food from the restaurant was of very high quality. The provided e-bikes were also nice to use to explore the beautiful area near the hotel. I would give 5 stars but there were a couple things I felt a hotel such as this could easily improve on to make it a 5 star place. The addition if a minibar and tea kettle or coffee maker would greatly improve guest comfort and it is something that most (even budget) hotels offer. We felt that it is a service that such an upscale place should offer standard. Addition of some eggs to the breakfast would also be nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lovely place! Stayed there for 4 days. Rooms are very cozy, great Scandinavian style design. Location is superb, quiet and pieceful. The food is seriously good and the service is super friendly and genuine. The place is run by a very young couple who manage to connect good old Italian food and hospitality with very modern touch. Highly recommended!!!

The food was exceptional (we had the most delicious corn soup and steak with rocket and tomatoes) and the scenery was extraordinary, especially from inside the sauna!! We loved riding through the area on the e mountain bikes. Truly exemplary hospitality, too— we felt pampered throughout our stay. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
