Sua moglie Giorgia simpaticissima e cortese. Selezionano i migliori prodotti locali non solo per qualità ma anche per gusto. Tecnica, conoscenza e soprattutto rispetto della materia prima. Qui si mangia gustoso, dalla frittura mista di pesce rigorosamente locale agli arancini di riso superlativi, dal riso venere ai frutti di mare, ai gamberi rossi di Gallipoli al sale, dalla pignata di polpo, ai primi di mare e di terra. Tutto buono, dai primi, ai secondi, ai dolci. Prezzi onesti, porzioni giuste, in alcuni casi fin troppo abbondanti. Non tutti lavorano con l'amore e la professionalità di questi ragazzi. Passando al menù, abbiamo mangiato un antipasto assurdo: nodini con guanciale serviti su una cialda di riso perfetta (ne avrei mangiate altre 100), millefoglie di patate con funghi dal gusto eccezionale, arancini di riso PERFETTI (parlo da amante degli arancini), salmone marinato agli agrumi e salsa yogurt freschissimo, frittura di calamari e gamberi leggera e piacevole con materia prima eccezionale e per terminare un’impepata di cozze che non guasta mai. Come primo una pasta al gambero rosso da scarpetta e per secondo orata e gambero rosso al cartoccio con bisque di pesce. Si nota la mano esperta e l’attentissima ricerca per la perfezione da parte dello chef Mino che in tutta la sua gentilezza si è fermato a spiegarci i passaggi per ricreare la cialda di riso. La sala viene gestita dalla moglie gentilissima e sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Meritate 5 STELLE per freschezza, pulizia e la grandissima capacità dello chef di far risaltare ogni sapore. È stata una dolcissima sorpresa che mai ci saremmo aspettati, purtroppo ormai siamo abituati a non ricevere spesso un certo riguardo e certe attenzioni per il cliente, torneremo prestissimo. The place is small but nice and well organized. Moving on to the menu, we ate an absurd appetizer: knots with bacon served on a perfect rice waffle (I would have eaten 100 more), potato millefeuille with exceptional taste mushrooms, PERFECT rice arancini (I speak as a lover of arancini), salmon marinated with citrus fruits and very fresh yogurt sauce, light and pleasant fried calamari and prawns with exceptional raw materials and to finish a peppered mussels that never hurts. As a first course a pasta with red shrimp from scarpetta and second sea bream and red shrimp baked in foil with fish bisque. You notice the expert hand and the very careful search for perfection by chef Mino who in all his kindness stopped to explain the steps to recreate the rice waffle. The room is managed by the very kind wife and always ready to solve any inconvenience. You deserve 5 STARS for freshness, cleanliness and the chef's great ability to bring out every flavor. It was a very sweet surprise that we never expected, unfortunately we are now used to not often receiving a certain respect and certain attention for the customer, we will be back very soon.

Lo chef Mino ha preparato un menù di pesce perfetto e il cibo è stato ottimo. Tutti gli ospiti sono rimasti molto contenti, ci ritornerò sicuramente! I celebrated my graduation here and everything was perfect! Very kind and professional staff, Giorgia has prepared the room in a wonderful way. Chef Mino made a perfect fish menu and the food was great. All guests were very happy, I will definitely be back!
