Un lago artificiale, di non piccole dimensioni, circondato da un parco con flora diversificata, è così diventato la "casa dolce casa" di un centinaio di specie di uccelli. L'opportunità di visitare l'oasi, in compagnia dell'appassionata e preparata guida Stefano, permette di capire quanto duro lavoro sia stato fatto dai volontari e quanto ancora ne resti da fare. Da sottolineare che nel corso dei prossimi mesi la riserva assumerà un aspetto sempre più interessante e didattico, grazie all'installazione delle postazioni per il birdwatching. Un posto ideale dove portare i bambini per trascorrere un piacevole pomeriggio istruttivo, insegnando il rispetto della natura. G	Giovanni Violano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oasi di recente costituzione,tre anni fa, sorta nella cava utilizzata per estrazione inerti,in occasione della costruzione della autostrada Brebemi. Non ha strutture di supporto,tipo centro visitatori,servizi igienici,zona Pic nic, è tutto in evoluzione. I volontari stanno lavorando per costruire stagni ove ospitare tritoni,rane e rospi, oltre a creare un frutteto per dare cibo agli animali, in prevalenza volatili. È presente un grosso lago, profondo fino a 25 metri dove potrete ammirare diverse specie di anatidi, aironi ,sia migratori sia stanziali. Se sarete fortunati potrebbe anche vedere le poiane. Presente anche la volpe,ma difficile da osservare. Apre tutte le prime domeniche del mese ,alle ore 10 o alle 14 con visite guidate. Per raggiungere la Oasi, quando sarete entrati in Pozzolo Martesana, impostate il navigatore su percorso pedonale, altrimenti non riuscirete ad arrivare al cancello. Visita consigliata. L'oasi è solitamente visitabile una volta al mese(su prenotazione o meno a seconda della modalità scelta per l'apertura- visita libera o visita guidata).
