A qualche giorno dalla prenotazione, viste le previsioni meteo che davano pioggia, contattiamo l’oasi per sapere se fosse possibile rimandare. Ci informano della possibilità nel caso di maltempo di avere a disposizione un voucher, da riutilizzare per il ristorante o per una nuova piazzola. In giornata il tempo minacciava pioggia, al tentativo di contattarli, ci veniva comunicato che il voucher sarebbe stato emesso,solo se la pioggia si fosse verificata entro le ore 15 . verso le 14.45 inizia a piovere ma per loro non è sufficiente in quanto la pioggia si è verificata alle 15.20 e quindi non sono stati disposti ad emettere nessun tipo di voucher. Peccato perché ci siamo trovati sempre bene, ma in questo caso non torneremo più. Booked a pitch about 2 weeks before. During the day the weather was threatening rain, at the attempt to contact them, we were informed that the voucher would be issued, only if the rain had occurred by 3 pm. around 14.45 it starts to rain but for them it is not enough as the rain occurred at 15.20 and therefore they were not willing to issue any type of voucher. Too bad because we have always enjoyed it, but in this case we will never return.

Prenoto una piazzola e già da 7 gg prima visto che le previsioni meteo sarebbero state avverse chiamo per non annullare ma spostare ad altra data. La risposta è stata che non presentandomi avrei perso i 97 €. Mi viene detto che in caso di pioggia sarà difficile grigliare e ci sarà fango visto che l'unico posto con asfalto è il parcheggio esterno. Mi viene anche detto che la tavola non è coperta da tettoia e gli ombrelloni non sono antipioggia,come mi viene anche detto che in caso di inagibilita' causa fango del parco stesso verrà emesso un voucher. Peccato che metà della gente arriva da Brescia e da Bergamo. Poi la cosa assurda è stata la risposta della centralinista (che fa ovviamente quello che dice la direzione) :"se accendete la griglia per noi la giornata è andata anche se piove". Beh il fatto che cambieranno regolamento la dice lunga. Uno che ha una attività del genere deve mettere in conto le condizioni meteo e non cercare di fare il furbetto. La gente ti chiede di spostare data per condizioni meteo avverse e temperatura non adatta non per un capriccio. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO Be sure that the weather is good !!! People ask you to change dates for adverse weather conditions and unsuitable temperatures not on a whim. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED
L	Loris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto veramente carino. È una piccolo laghetto con un bar dove poter bere un aperitivo e mangiare qualche stuzzichino. Funge anche da ristorante con ottimi prezzi e specialità della casa. Si può anche pescare sottoscrivendo una tessera. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e Rosa mi ha accolto divinamente offrendomi un salame d'oca spettacolare accompagnato da uno spritz a regola d'arte. Volendo, sul loro sito, si possono prenotare delle postazioni intorno al lago con tavolate, panche in legno e griglie, per fare dalle belle grigliate.( Carni e carbonella non incluse) Really nice place. It is a small lake with a bar where you can have an aperitif and eat some snacks. It also serves as a restaurant with excellent prices and house specialties. You can also fish by signing up for a card. The staff is very kind and helpful and Rosa welcomed me divinely offering me a spectacular goose salami accompanied by a state of the art spritz. If you want, on their website, you can book positions around the lake with tables, wooden benches and grills, to make beautiful grills. (Meat and charcoal not included)
A	Andrea Rocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è carino, noi ci siamo stati a marzo ‘22, ma, al contrario di quanto dichiarano sul sito, non ridanno la caparra o fanno riprenotare in caso di brutto tempo a meno che non piova in modo continuativo. Infatti lo abbiamo suggerito ad una nostra cara amica che, visto il tempo incerto (ha piovuto alle 11 00 in giorno della grigliata ed era prevista nuovamente pioggia alle 15 00 che è poi regolarmente arrivata), ha richiesto di spostare la prenotazione ma i gestori si sono rifiutati rispondendo “ma lei se prenota le vacanze ad agosto e c’è brutto tempo non le ridanno i soldi della prenotazione”… inaccettabile. Peccato perché il posto è carino però rischiare di perdere tutti i soldi della prenotazione non ne vale la pena The place is nice, we were there in March '22, but, contrary to what they say on the website, they do not refund the deposit or make rebooks in case of bad weather unless it rains continuously. M	Massimo Cortesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar, ristorante, paninoteca, scuola di wakeboard, noleggio sup, tutti i tipi di pesca(esclusa trota), zona addestramento cani, zona radiovelisti lombardia, affitto piazzole per grigliate, sala per cerimonie varie, possibilità noleggio aree per feste in riva al lago, spiaggia e solarium presso Shaka, area giochi bimbi, area gonfiabili in acqua... E niente, per tutto il resto chiamare il lago? Bar, restaurant, sandwich shop, wakeboard school, sup rental, all types of fishing (excluding trout), dog training area, Lombardy radio sailing area, rental of pitches for grilling, room for various ceremonies, possibility to rent areas for parties by the lake , beach and solarium at Shaka, children's play area, inflatable water area ... And nothing, for everything else call the lake?
