★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful food in a busy Italian restaurant with a terrific team to look after you. We eat at the Cae de Oro every time we visit Treviso which is about times a year. It just gets better and better and the menu is always interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch a very pleasant and tasty lunch at Cae de Oro, accompanied by good wine. The place was full at 12:30pm, so if you plan going I would recommend making a reservation. I can only recommend this restaurant, from the pleasant welcome by the owner, to the quality of food and its preparation, as well as the overall atmosphere. It would be nice to try going for dinner, the menu looks very interesting with a combination of traditional, seasonal dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a very nice and reasonably priced dinner at Treviso - starters at below €10 second meals around €15, all great quality local specialties. The pasta was so good we got an extra dish to our order before the kitchen closed. Large selection of wines. Friendly and helpful staff and owner. Do book ahead - place is popular with locals and was full on weekday night - which was fine anyway as we got a drink at the bar studied the menu and got seated promptly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I visited this restaurant earlier today and it was absolutely brilliant!
Considering we don't speak a word of Italian they were extremely accomodating, the menus and are in both Italian and English which is extremely helpful. The food was absolutely incredible, I had the sirloin steak and my partner has the baked lamb. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and were extremely decent portions. When it came to desserts, the mascapone cream is one of the best desserts I have ever eaten! My partner as a pastry chef said it was heavenly!
When it comes to wine and beverages, we weren't drinking the night , however from what we observed from the other tables they are extremely generous and have large selection. All in all it was a wonderful dinner with lovely atmosphere and a reasonable price. I don't write reviews for restaurants at all , I just had to write one for this amazing place. If you ever find yourself in the cute little town of Treviso, do yourself a massive favour and visit this place. It's always booked so make sure you make a reservation.

Brilliant food, Brilliant atmosphere with rugby memorabilia on the walls and the owner couldn't have been nicer. Any rugby fans traveling to Treviso book this restaurant! You'll be glad you did. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host is wonderful. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is uncomplicated but good produce is beautifully prepared and presented. The wine is superb and extremely well chosen. The atmosphere is warm, cosy and friendly. The cost of all this is less than you would expect. What more could you ask for? Treviso has many wonderful restaurants. Cae de Oro is one of the best.
