★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can heartily recommend this company. Firstly, they came out tops when compared with two other well-known local suppliers of stufas (no names mentioned!) when I wanted a pellet stufa system installed in my home. The other 2 companies did not even bother to contact me to arrange a visit!
Secondly, not only did Nicola d'Andrea and his team personally come to install the stufa, but they answered a few teething problems promptly and have been available ever since for queries.
I am happy to say that my first winter with the new stufa has been a good experience and whenever I visit L'Oasi for more pellets, they give me prompt service and a warm welcome!
