Inoltre mi affido a loro per la pulizia annuale della stufa, oltre che per comprare pellet di buona qualità.
Serious and reliable company. I had the chimney in my kitchen adjusted according to the latest regulations. They did a good job, respecting the timing.
In addition I rely on them for the annual cleaning of the stove, as well as to buy good quality pellets.

Considerato che non mi è possibile replicare alla risposta di Raviscioni, mi permetto di precisare quanto segue:
I lavori "non fatti a regola d'arte da terzi" era Vostro onere rilevarli, ancor prima di installare la stufa.
Accorgersi del 'problema principale' a distanza di anni e dopo nostre svariate richieste di intervento a causa del malfunzionamento della stufa è equivalso a lasciarci ogni volta senza riscaldamento.
Dopo 4 inverni in cui la stufa non ha MAI funzionato correttamente, ci è stato detto che dovevamo rivedere tutto l'impianto, con evidenti ingenti costi a nostro carico.
Se il problema principale fosse stato rilevato da Voi nei giusti tempi (e, sinceramente, questo è quello che ci sia aspetta da una ditta specializzata) avremmo tutti evitato forti disagi e perdite di tempo.
Nell'autunno 2018, a distanza di 3 mesi dalla nostra richiesta di poter parlare con il titolare e avvicinandosi la stagione invernale, Vi abbiamo avvisato rispetto alla nostra decisione di rivolgerci ad altre ditte.
Anche questa nostra comunicazione è rimasta priva di riscontro.
Ad oggi, abbiamo trovato una soluzione alternativa, con un nuova stufa detta "ermetica", senza intervenire sull'impianto. Questa soluzione non era mai stata da Voi proposta.

Given that I can not reply to the answer from Raviscioni, I would like to clarify the following:
The work "not done in a workmanlike manner by third parties" was your responsibility to detect them, even before installing the stove.
Noticing the 'main problem' years later and after our many requests for intervention because of the stove malfunction is equivalent to leave us every time without heating.
After 4 winters in which the stove has NEVER worked properly, we were told that we had to review the entire system, with significant costs at our expense.
If the main problem had been detected by you at the right time (and, frankly, this is what is expected of a specialized company) we would have all avoided major inconveniences and waste of time.
In the autumn of 2018, 3 months after our request to talk to the owner and approaching the winter season, we warned you about our decision to turn to other companies.
This communication of ours has also remained without feedback.
To date, we have found an alternative solution, with a new stove called "hermetic", without intervening on the system. This solution had never been proposed by you.
