★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato il parco in occasione della manifestazione "Guarda come luccico". Per i bimbi hanno raccontato delle fiabe sotto all'olmo, e spiegato la vita delle lucciole, subito dopo il percorso nel bosco. Sembrava di essere immersi nelle luci di Natale!
We visited the park on the occasion of the "Look like glitter" event. For the children they told fairy tales under the elm tree, and explained the life of the fireflies, immediately after the path in the woods. It seemed to be immersed in the Christmas lights!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal 2004, partendo da un prato, è in atto la "ricostruzione" del bosco autoctono del territorio, nei primi anni ci si è dedicati allo strato arboreo, per poi proseguire con lo strato arbustivo, ma l'impegno maggiore sarà concentrato sullo strato erbaceo del sottobosco, con tutte le specie vegetali tipiche del sottobosco della pianura padana. Per riportare lo strato erbaceo originale la difficoltà maggiore è data dal tempo di attesa che al bosco naturale serve per ricostituire uno strato di humus tipico del sottobosco. per ricostituire circa mezzo centimetro di humus, la natura impiega un secolo. Al momento sono stati riportati anemoni bianchi (anemone nemorosa) anemoni gialli (anemone ranuncoloides) . sigillo di salomone, scille e bucaneve, felci , pervinca, che lentamente si stanno diffondendo nei 12.000 mq dell'area. L'oasi dei nuovi nati è gestita dal locale circolo di Legambiente . Molto suggestiva è la visita notturna tra la metà di Maggio e la metà di Giugno per osservare la danza delle lucciole
