Si mangia benissimo, pietanze abbondanti presentate in maniera elegante.Il personale poi di una gentilezza squisita, sempre sorridente e accogliente. Per non parlare poi della proprietaria, ti accoglie sempre come se fossi uno di famiglia. ??? Splendid location, it seems to be truly in an oasis. Poco per fare una valutazione completa, perché a meno che non siate grandi chef o ristoratori rinomati, si necessita di rodaggio ed esperienza. Ad Amantea diciamocelo la piazza è complicata. Troppi i luoghi dove mangiare (e si mangia bene generalmente). l'Oasi blu non fa eccezione e merita almeno tre stelle per location, cortesia del personale e bontà della pizza (quella abbiamo provato) i prezzi sono onesti. Nella media. Potrebbe ottenere un punteggio pieno con un maggior rodaggio. Per questo il mio umilissimo consiglio. Avendo del personale esperto affiancato a gente volenterosa ma inesperta, insegnare loro bene i ruoli. Distribuzione dei tavoli per il personale di sala risulta essenziale. Una maggiore cura nella mise en place, magari con in tovagliato meno da pizzeria (loro chiede la location se non altro)...per il resto alle alte persone che hanno dato giudizi pessimi: non fornite un buon servizio. Diamo invece all'Oasi Blu più tempo e il beneficio del dubbio. Ci sapranno stupire. The place opened on July 11 this year. Cucina di pesce di ottima qualità, piatti di terra ben assortiti nel menù ristorante rendono la scelta ampia e variegata. Per gli amanti di pizza e pinsa le opportunità sono molteplici tutte all'insegna degli impasti a lunga lievitazione e leggerezza. Tra i vari gusti segnalima la pinsa /pizza del Capitano con crema di asparagi, scamorza affumicata e speck. Excellent quality fish cuisine, well-matched land dishes in the restaurant menu make the choice wide and varied. For lovers of pizza and pins, there are many opportunities, all characterized by long rising and light dough. È la prima volta che ci siamo recati in questo posto, ordinato, fresco e pulito. Menù da 40 euro con porzioni dei piatti abbondanti!! Cibo ottimo e fresco, gentilezza dei camerieri e soprattutto dei gestori. Ci siamo sentiti al nostro agio. Ritorneremo!! 5 stars well deserved !! A wonderful day of mid-August spent with the family in this splendid place on the sea. It is the first time we went to this place, tidy, fresh and clean. 40 euro menu with generous portions of dishes !! Excellent and fresh food, kindness of the waiters and above all of the managers. We felt comfortable. We will be back !!
