★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente un luogo d’altri tempi, Giovanni il vignaiolo con la sua famiglia sapranno coccolarvi con la degustazione dei loro ottimi vini.
Disponibilissimo a darvi qualsiasi spiegazione, consiglio una visita in primavera quando si potranno ammirare le fioriture delle orchidee selvatiche presenti in ben 21 specie diverse.
Cantina con botti piccole e quindi vino buonissimo, con un Barbera e Pinot di 14 gradi veramente eccezionale a mio avviso e soprattutto senza solfiti come una volta che si può invecchiare anche 10 anni ??????
