Ritrovare quel clima familiare che da tanto manca in tante case...Giggino (proprietario) un perfetto mix tra cugino che non vedi da tanto e uno zio fuori di testa che rallegra la cena.? Cibi buoni e preparati come la tradizione vuole (le foto che vedete dei primi piatti sono solo degli assaggi visto che quando si va in questo ristorante si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta e naturalmente ci hanno accontento senza problema)...perfetto anche il conto MOLTO ONESTO. Lo consiglio vivamente It doesn't take much to breathe the air of home ... even better if it is GRANDMA'S HOUSE. Rediscovering that family atmosphere that has been missing for so long in so many houses ... Giggino (owner) a perfect mix between a cousin you haven't seen for a long time and a crazy uncle who cheers up dinner. Good food and prepared as tradition dictates (the photos you see of the first courses are just tastings since when you go to this restaurant you are spoiled for choice and of course they satisfied us without problem) ... the bill is also perfect VERY HONEST. I highly recommend it

A questa atmosfera si aggiungono i sapori di una volta che rievocano la nostra infanzia. Tutto ciò è accompagnato da una buona accoglienza. I cannoli sono un tripudio: con la strega; col maraschino oppure col Marsala. Insomma farei volentieri un abbonamento ? Sembra di stare a casa della nonna, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: dalla cucina ai lampadari, passando per i piatti e gli oggetti sparsi per la sala... un salto indietro nel tempo. Personale molto disponibile, piatti della tradizione buonissimi e conto onesto. Super consigliato l'amaro della casa: ha il gusto della caramella rossana! Quando passeremo di nuovo per Battipaglia di sicuro ci fermeremo a mangiare qui. Experience to try! Very helpful staff, delicious traditional dishes and an honest account. The bitter of the house is super recommended: it tastes like red candy! When we pass through Battipaglia again we will certainly stop and eat here.

M	Mario Di Florio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real hidden gem. Thoroughly recommended. The place reconstructs the kitchen of the owner's grandparents, with original furniture and a "old days" feelings. The food is top notch, both in terms of quality and price. The menu changes following the seasons and the daily shop of the owner. We had local delicacies like "o pere e o muss" and "pasta e patan", together with the signature meatballs in tomato sauce. Antipasti, 4 courses meal, side dishes and wine took us about 15 euros each, incredible. The more, the merrier, just get in, sit down and let the "oste" do his magic and suggest you what's on the menu. Perfectly suited for vegetarian or other food intolerance, you'll surely get accommodated. If you are in the area make sure you pop by. Inexpensive local wine in glass jars, and water on tap, both still and sparkling. A must see.
