SPAZIALI croccanti fuori e dentro il burro , si sentivano tutti i sapori , oltre alla classica veramente buona vi stra consiglio quella a genovese il top era buonissima anche le altre . Complimenti ai due ragazzi che subito ci hanno fatto sedere nonostante era strapieno . Ritorneremo presto per prendere i panini che sembravano eccezionali. Oggi ahimé, pur volendo non potrei esserlo: per comprendere ciò che ci offre Raffaele (nel suo 'O SFIZIO) é necessario solo provare... non sono state ancora inventate le giuste parole per descrivere la bontà dei suoi prodotti. A ogni morso delle sue frittatina di pasta, per es., il profumo, salendo delicatamente dal naso, ti inebria la testa; mentre il gusto ti riempie il palato (si sente perfettamente bene il sapore e l'altissima qualità di ogni ingrediente utilizzato). Croccanti e asciutte fuori e uno spettacolo senza eguali dentro. Ho focalizzato l'attenzione sulle frittatina che a mio avviso sono "il cavallo di battaglia" di Raffaele; ma é tutto meraviglioso: i panini, la parigina, e così via... La professionalità, la cordialità e l'amicizia. Io sono calabrese ma frequento assiduamente Napoli... E la cosa che rende il tutto p.c.d. ancora più "assurdo" è che a Napoli si mangia troppo bene quasi dappertutto; e sono tutti gentili e simpatici. Eppure da 'O SFIZIO di Raffaele, sono rimasto nuovamente e inaspettatamente colpito nel trovare un prodotto che ha scalato la vetta della mia personale classifica "dei migliori 5 posti dove mangiare a Napoli (ferma ormai da anni), meritandosi ampiamente e di giustezza il PRIMO POSTO indiscusso. Non conoscevo il negozio e men che meno Raffaele; mi ci ha portato un amico; se non fossi andato avrei perso una esperienza culinaria di altissimo livello (forse la migliore). Concludo con 8 parole: MOLTO PIÙ DI UN TAKE AWAY...UN SOGNO. Usually my reviews are quite complex (with the sole intention of being as clear as possible, given the importance of the "tool"). I focused my attention on the omelette which in my opinion are Raffaele's "workhorse"; but it's all wonderful: the sandwiches, the Parisian, and so on ... The professionalism, friendliness and friendship. I am Calabrian but I frequent Naples assiduously ... And the thing that makes it all p.c.d. even more "absurd" is that in Naples you eat too well almost everywhere; and they are all kind and nice. Yet from 'O SFIZIO di Raffaele, I was again and unexpectedly struck to find a product that has climbed to the top of my personal ranking "of the best 5 places to eat in Naples (it has been standing still for years), deserving the FIRST one. Undisputed PLACE. I did not know the shop, let alone Raffaele; a friend brought me there; if I hadn't gone I would have missed out on a top notch dining experience (possibly the best). I conclude with 8 words: MUCH MORE THAN A TAKE AWAY ... A DREAM.
