Sotto consiglio di un caro amico ho portato la macchina in questa officina, visto che presentava un problema. Aggiusta di qui, aggiusta di là, cambia un pezzo, cambia l’altro, più di mille euro di spesa. Risultato? La macchina aveva lo stesso problema.
Giustamente glie la ho riportata, e anziché sistemare il problema, il proprietario mi ha risposto semplicemente che “non c’è nulla che non va”.
Ora, capisco che errare è umano, ma quando ti faccio notare che il problema non è risolto, non farmi passare per scemo solo perché non capisco un’acca di meccanica. Mah...
Ovviamente mi è toccato portarla altrove.
E poi si stupiscono del perché perdono i clienti. Sicuramente non ci tornerò mai più. Da evitare.

On the advice of a dear friend, I took the machine to this workshop, as it presented a problem. Fix here, fix there, change one piece, change the other, spending more than a thousand euros. Result? The car had the same problem.
I rightly reported it to him, and instead of fixing the problem, the owner simply replied that "there is nothing wrong".
Now, I understand that to err is human, but when I point out that the problem is not solved, don't make me look stupid just because I don't understand a bit of mechanics. Well ...
Obviously I had to take it elsewhere.
And then they wonder why they lose customers. I will definitely never go back. To be avoided.
