★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio parte dell' O-Nami da due anni e mi sono sentito subito a mio agio, trovando un ambiente serio e professionale che mi ha permesso di continuare il mio percorso, grazie agli elevati valori morali e tecnici dello staff dell' ASD ... consiglio a chiunque voglia provare un percorso in grado di migliorare le proprie prestazioni fisiche in un contesto tradizionale e sportivo.
I have been part of O-Nami for two years and I immediately felt at ease, finding a serious and professional environment that allowed me to continue my path, thanks to the high moral and technical values of the ASD staff ... I recommend to anyone who wants to try a path that can improve their physical performance in a traditional and sporting context.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' il mio dojo, la mia "casa del karate" da dove tutto è iniziato quando, dopo aver interrotto la pratica del karate per quasi un anno quando avevo 19 anni, ho ricominciato con Massimo e con lui abbiamo fatto crescere questa "famiglia" con tanta passione ed altrettanta dedizione. Tanti volti, tante individualità ed esperienze di vita uniche sono passate da questa casa nel corso degli anni; altrettante ce ne saranno e ci daranno l'energia per continuare a crescere insieme a tutti, in amicizia e serenità.
It is my dojo, my "home of karate" where it all started when, after having stopped practicing karate for almost a year when I was 19, I started again with Massimo and with him we raised this "family" with a lot of passion and dedication. Many faces, many individualities and unique life experiences have passed through this house over the years; there will be as many and they will give us the energy to continue growing together with everyone, in friendship and serenity.

O-Nami Karate Firenze is a very special place: it is where I started practicing karate, when I was a child, and it is where I still continue to train today.
