Perso peso, ma soprattutto,cosa più importante ,ho perso centimetri dove desideravo perdere. inoltre ho imparato a mangiare, senza difficoltà , in maniera diversa, sana e soprattutto senza cali energetici o disturbi vari.
Inoltre la dottoressa è estremamente disponibile, precisa, puntuale e ti rende veramente facile seguire la dieta perchè riesce ad adattarla alla tua quotidianità senza stravolgerla troppo. Un po di costanza e determinazione e il risultato si vede !

Mette a proprio agio fin da subito e ricerca la miglior dieta in base ai valori e alla necessità della persona. La mia esperienza è stata ottima: ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo in 7 mesi perdendo 13 kg!! Armatevi di buona volontà e costanza e vedrete che grazie a lei e a un po' di sport avrete risultati eccellenti. Concludo complimentandomi con la collega Dott.ssa Cremonti che gestisce l'agenda: sempre disponibile e gentile. Grazie ancora ad entrambe.
