ritengo importante rimarcare che la Dott.ssa non propone una dieta alimentare ma un educazione alimentare e di conseguenza non ci si priva del cibo che noi gradiamo ma ci educa a come e quando mangiarlo.
grazie al suo metodo sono riuscito a raggiungere il peso forma che mi ero/ sono prefissato

Dr. Orengo, besides having a great professionalism and knowledge on the subject, has a great passion for this work and it is perceived as soon as it is encountered.
I think it important to point out that Dr. does not propose a diet but a nutrition education and consequently we do not deprive ourselves of the food we like but educates us how and when to eat it.
