★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto tante diete e sono stata seguita da vari nutrizionisti lei è molto in gamba e riesce a metterti a tuo agio. Inoltre puoi fare l'impedenziometria ed applicare l'holter metabolico ad un prezzo davvero vantaggioso. Per chi come me è sportivo saprà di sicuro che l'holter è un ottimo strumento per comprendere quanto il nostro corpo brucia e di conseguenza come modificare l'alimentazione o l'allenamento.
I have done so many diets and have been followed by various nutritionists she is very smart and can put you at ease. Furthermore you can do impedance and apply the metabolic holter at a really advantageous price. For people like me who sport will for sure that the holter is a great tool to understand how our body burns and consequently modifying the diet or workout.
