Grazie al suo supporto sono riuscita a raggiungere il traguardo di forma fisica che mi ero prefissa da tempo.
Le avevo chiesto un piano nutrizionale adatto a chi come me è tutto il giorno fuori e non ha la possibilità di cucinare....detto, fatto! Inoltre è riuscita anche a accontentarmi in alcune richieste specifiche legate alla colazione .....insomma bravissima! Super consigliata!!!
