Quando ho cominciato non pensavo di poter raggiungere la forma fisica attuale, i consigli di Daniele sono stati preziosi. La cosa che secondo me fa la differenza è che Daniele è molto preparato anche sull'aspetto sportivo, oltre alla dieta mi sono fatta fare da lui le schede per l'allenamento e probabilmente l'unione delle 2 cose ha fatto in modo che io avessi risultati senza troppa fatica.
