Il giorno in cui sono venuti abbiamo riscontrato per due porte dei difetti nella posa in opera, due maniglie scheggiate e difetti sul montaggio dei coprifili. Insoddisfatto mi dicono che sarebbero ritornati per risolvere il tutto completando anche il montaggio del pannello della porta blindata con le maniglie nuove. È trascorso più di un mese e tra scuse varie non sono ritornati.Premetto che tutti lavoriamo e abbiamo imprevisti e questo riusciamo a capirlo ma almeno ci aspettavamo la finitura del lavoro che non e' stata fatta quando il tutto è stato pagato.
Totally negative experience. Once the purchase was settled, we made an appointment for the day of assembly. The day they came we found defects in the installation for two doors, two chipped handles and defects on the assembly of the architraves. Dissatisfied they tell me that they would come back to solve everything by completing the assembly of the armored door panel with the new handles. More than a month has passed and between various apologies they have not returned. I promise that we all work and we have unexpected events and we can understand this but at least we expected the finishing of the job that was not done when everything was paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspetto una semplicissima porta bianca da un mese. Non si fanno neanche sentire e quando chiamo mi dicono che mi ricontatteranno loro. Sul contratto hanno scritto 20 giorni e siamo ad un mese. Se dovessero fare un appartamento intero non oso immaginare i tempi di consegna. Sconsigliatissimo.
I've been waiting for a very simple white door for a month. They do not even make themselves heard and when I call they tell me that they will contact me again. On the contract they wrote 20 days and we are within a month. If they were to make an entire apartment, I don't dare to imagine the delivery times. Not recommended.
