★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio PESSIMO, maleducati e poco professionali. Errori di consegna, tempi di consegna non rispettati e rapporto con il cliente che non saprei come descrivere se non con il termine penoso. Sconsiglio vivamente se cercate professionalità e trasparenza.
 BAD service, rude and unprofessional. Delivery errors, delivery times not respected and the relationship with the customer that I would not know how to describe except with the painful term. I strongly advise against if you are looking for professionalism and transparency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo negozio dove mi hanno consigliato con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo degli infissi dove il tecnico mi ha prospettato pure lo sconto in fattura quale io non sapevo ..infissi montati .e per un piccolo difetto sono stati abbastanza veloci a risolverlo .La mia esperienza è stata positiva
I went to this shop where they advised me with excellent value for money of the fixtures where the technician also offered me the discount on the invoice which I did not know .. mounted fixtures. And for a small defect they were quick enough to solve it. my experience was positive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materiale di qualità discreta ma su questo non posso obiettare trattandosi di prodotti di media qualità. Quello che non è ammissibile è il modo con cui si relazionano con il cliente. Zero trasparenza, comunicazioni assenti, è sempre il cliente che deve contattarli (quando si è fortunati ad avere una risposta) e neanche si ricevono informazioni certe. Dicono che richiameranno e l'attesa dura settimane. Però se il bonifico gli arriva con mezza giornata di ritardo allora sí che diventato precisi. Sconsigliato!!
Fair quality material but I cannot object to this as it is a medium quality product. What is not admissible is the way in which they relate to the customer. Zero transparency, no communications, it is always the customer who must contact them (when you are lucky to have an answer) and you do not even receive certain information. They say they will call back and the wait lasts weeks. However, if the transfer arrives half a day late then it has become accurate. Not recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno un ottimo prodotto ma purtroppo gestito malissimo. Sto parlando di Verona. Ritardi e disorganizzazione sono la loro forza. Ho chiesto assistenza per il malfunzionamento di una porta ho dovuto aspettare più di 50 gg. Ma la mia peggiore esperienza è stata la posa dei battiscopa. Forse un bimbo riesce meglio. Però il prodotto ha veramente un rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Questo lo devo ammettere.

I asked for assistance for a door malfunction and I had to wait more than 50 days. But my worst experience was laying the baseboards. Maybe a child does better. But the product really has an excellent quality / price ratio. This I must admit.
