Ottimo lavoro di squadra, complimenti a tutto il personale medico-sanitario. Excellent surgery department. Dopo aver pagato 120 euro per una visita di 5 minuti scarsi, e risposto alla domanda "con fattura o senza?" (con fattura, che scoperta) chiedo con il massimo dell'educazione informazioni sull'intervento che avrei dovuto fare da lì a breve e praticamente vengo invitato ad uscire dalla struttura perché le mie domande erano fuori luogo. Chiedere come sarebbe stato l'intervento chirurgico che avrei dovuto subire evidentemente è prassi illegittima. Giusto così. Non dimentichiamo che trattasi di struttura privata!!!Ottimo modo per.perdere clienti,,quello ,che ho fatto io,infatti ho chiesto la restituzione dei soldi e sono andata via,soldi che però sono richiesti subito appena.arrivi,lì sono celeri... E anche la cucina non scherza! Nonostante sia una clinica privata, il cibo che ti passano ogni giorno e davvero cucinato con amore. Ovviamente io sono stata ricoverata e operata. La gentilezza e il garbo. La consiglio, tutti i Dottori, ad ognuno il proprio campo, sono davvero eccezionali. Grazie. Highly qualified personnel. A really great clinic. In particolare, il dott. Giovanni Sgroi, che è una persona meravigliosa, mi ha tranquillizzata e fatta sentire a mio agio fin da subito, nonostante la delicatezza dell'operazione chirurgica alla quale mi sarei dovuta sottoporre. Professionalità e disponibilità spiazzanti. A far da cornice, il team di infermieri e di operatori socio sanitari che hanno sempre accompagnato al loro lavoro sorrisi e parole di conforto. A tutti, va la mia più profonda gratitudine e l'augurio di essere sempre custodi di amore, salute e vita.
