La mancanza di professionalità delle receptionist è impressionante: fanno saltare la fila a qualcuno per non ben motivate ragioni; chiacchierano tra loro raccontandosi i fatti di casa (" hai sentito di Stromboli ? Mia figlia mi ha telefonato...) e criticando le colleghe assenti. In fila circa 40 pazienti over 60... Speriamo che i dottori non siano lo specchio dell'accoglienza. g	giuseppe alberto zappala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie è stata ricoverata in questa clinica in day hospital, qualche giorno prima che iniziasse il lock down per essere sottoposta ad un intervento chirurgico e da questo momento in poi sono iniziati i nostri problemi. Innanzi tutto il giorno dell'intervento è stata abbandonata a se stessa, atteso che è stata collocata all'interno di una camera in compagnia di un'altra pazienta anch'ella sottoposta al medesimo intervento chirurgico e nonostante entrambe siano state anestetizzate completamente, nessuno degli addetti, degli infermieri e soprattutto dei medici si è mai " degnato " di darci delle informazioni o comunque delle notizie relativamente all'esito dell'intervento che abbiamo dovuto ricevere solo dalle dirette interessate nel momento del loro risveglio. Preciso che prima dell'intervento, a mia moglie era anche stata paventata la possibilità di ricorrere all'uso di una sacca di sangue, per via dei valori della sideremia, che durante o causa dell'intervento, avrebbero potuto compromettere anche il suo quadro clinico generale. La cosa più allucinante poi è stata la dimissione nella stessa serata, nonostante entrambe fossero piene di dolori e che per ottenere la cartella clinica, abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre 20 giorni previo lauta ricompensa pari ad € 36.00 per una decina di pagine complessive. Esperienza assolutamente pessima e soprattutto sicuramente da non ripetere My wife was admitted to this day hospital, a few days before the lock down began to undergo surgery and from this moment on our problems began. I specify that before the intervention, my wife had also been feared the possibility of resorting to the use of a bag of blood, due to the values of the sideremia, which during or due to the intervention, could also have compromised her clinical picture general. The most hallucinating thing then was the discharge in the same evening, although both were full of pain and that to get the medical record, we had to wait over 20 days after the lavish reward of € 36.00 for a dozen total pages. Absolutely bad experience and above all definitely not to be repeated

Splendida in tutto , luoghi, personale , professionisti, odori e sensazioni che, per chi deve trascorrere dei giorni in questo luogo sono certamente delle qualità che non si trovano ovunque. Il direttore ogni sera prima di andare via passava dalle stanze per chiedere se era tutto apposto e se avevamo bisogno di qualche cosa. Piccole cose , che rendono prestigiosa e unica questa clinica . Felice di poter dire che nella nostra città metropolitana abbiamo strutture per il quale essere orgogliosi. Splendid in everything, places, staff, professionals, smells and sensations that, for those who must spend days in this place are certainly qualities that are not found everywhere. Every night before leaving, the manager passed by the rooms to ask if it was all right and if we needed anything. Little things that make this clinic prestigious and unique. Happy to say that in our metropolitan city we have structures to be proud of.

Lo consiglierei senz’altro Unlike the reviews I read previously, I found everything positive, very kind and professional staff, cleanliness, tranquility. I would definitely recommend it

Devono aspettare all'esterno, se piove o c'è il sole che spacca le pietre non ha importanza, nessuno dei responsabili della clinica sembra preoccuparsene. Si deve attendere fuori, in un giardinetto vicino accampati sotto 3 alberi per ripararsi dalle temperature torride di luglio (35 gradi all'ombra). Nessuna informazione circa lo stato dei pazienti. Non esiste una sala per gli accompagnatori. Nessuna giustificazione (persino il COVID-19) può reggere. SCANDALOSO!! The condition to which the carers of the patients are forced is shameful. They have to wait outside, if it rains or the sun is breaking the stones it doesn't matter, none of the people in charge of the clinic seem to care. You have to wait outside, in a nearby garden camped under 3 trees to shelter from the scorching temperatures of July (35 degrees in the shade). No information about the status of the patients. There is no room for accompanying persons. No justification (even COVID-19) can hold up. SCANDALOUS!!
