Un certo appetito ci ha portato qui e mi sono trovata abbastanza bene!
Ho apprezzato moltissimo lo gnocco e le pizzettine, meno le paste dolci.
Avevamo preso un bombolone alla crema e una ciambella ma non ci sono piaciuti molto.
Abbiamo provato anche la pagnotta di lievito madre e questa invece è stata una rivelazione!
Buonissima! E soprattutto ce l'hanno sempre e per chi é intollerante al lievito di birra é perfetto.
Il proprietario e il ragazzo indiano (credo) gentilissimi e disponibili, nonostante l'orario notturno;
Mi è capitato invece di andare una mattina e un pomeriggio e trovare una ragazza poco poco poco sorridente e non troppo alla mano..
Comunque nel complesso questo poco mi piace molto!
I tried this oven at night.
An appetite brought us here and I found myself quite well!
I really enjoyed the gnocco and the pizzettine, minus the sweet pastries.
We had a creamed donut and a donut but we didn't like them very much.
We also tried the loaf of sourdough and this was a revelation instead!
Very good! And above all they always have it and for those who are intolerant of brewer's yeast it is perfect.
The owner and the Indian guy (I think) very kind and helpful, despite the night time;
It happened to me instead to go one morning and an afternoon and find a girl a little bit little smiling and not too easy ...
However on the whole I really like this little!

Mi ha rifatto, per mia precisa richiesta, il pane con farina di mais che aveva smesso di produrre perchè l'attuale mercato non lo richiede più.

Tanti tipi di pane, naturalmente, poi paste e torte, pizzette, stria e gnocco di diversi tipi e sapori, tutto ad un superbo livello qualitativo, con prezzi ragionevoli per la qualità.
Una sosta praticamente obbligatoria.
