★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered breakfest with eggs. The eggs were burned. They refused to make new eggs and would not give kompensation for the burned eggs.
In the end they said we needed to pay full price or else they would call the cops.

I struggle with trying to speak Italian to order my food, but one gentleman who worked there saw I was struggling, helped me by speaking English. He was so nice. The other staff and owner were so polite and helped me order. Even showed me food to explain some things that they offered. Oooo the food, cappuccino, and mocha was soooo AMAZING! I loved every bit. My children loved it there! We actually ordered again because it was so good, and they helped us reorder. I can’t wait to go back to Bari. I will definitely be stopping back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embarrassing to say the least. We stopped for a cold tea drunk at the table which by the way only my boyfriend drank and we paid 2 place settings. Considering that it is not a restaurant and we did not use cutlery or anything and we sat down for a moment at the table and the drink was just one ... We find it an embarrassing thing.
Staff shouting from one side to the other to take trays or if they have the "rag", to clean the table. Worse than the market ?.
Among other things, with the same cloth both tables and chairs / benches are cleaned and without even using sanitizer because they keep it in the apron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That crispy croissant. Delicious coffee. And that view. Amazing ?. For 2 cappuccinos and 2 croissants with Delicious cream we paid 8,4 Euro. For us it was quite cheaper than in our country:).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is nice, despite being right next to the busy boulevard. The food is good, even though not the best. Maybe slightly pricey for what it is, considering there are better places around with a similar view and better overall service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally do not recommend! Expensive for the quality they offer. The tiramisu was awful, and we're in Italy?!?!?! They took my coffee which was half full, while I was in the toilet. The waitress had to use google translate to tell me she thought I was ready with the coffee. Actually the cappuccino was divine! Which, unfortunately, I couldn't drink ...
