Da settembre, tra errori di montaggio ,errori di misure ,appuntamenti fissati il primo pomeriggio per poi presentarsi a tarda serata ,finalmente dopo 4 mesi e 3 volte tra monti e smonti cucina , oggi 4 volta , 27 Dicembre appuntamento primo pomeriggio ,si presentano alle 19 , di nuovo una fascia con misure errate , praticamente è una missione impossibile finire questa cucina.
Non ci metterò più piede in quel negozio ,un acquisto da dimenticare , sono pentito amaramente.

From September, between assembly errors, measurement errors, appointments fixed in the early afternoon and then show up late in the evening, finally after 4 months and 3 times between mountains and kitchen disassemblies, today 4 times, December 27th appointment early afternoon, they show up at 19, again a band with incorrect measurements, it is practically a mission impossible to finish this kitchen.
I will never set foot in that shop again, a purchase to forget, I regret it bitterly.

Molto soddisfatta anche della consegna e del montaggio effettuato dalla squadra De Cio.
Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò volentieri per i prossimi acquisti. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavamo fosse un mobilificio serio,ma nn ci metteremo mai più piede.. abbiamo ordininato una credenza dando l'anticipo ci richiamano dopo due giorni e chiedono il doppio del prezzo contrattato per un errore..volevamo i soldi indietro ma il direttore ci convince a comprarlo comunque. .. ci arriva una credenza non rifinita..dopo due mesi cioè oggi mi richiedono 200euro per le rifiniture..nessuna chiamata di scuse anzi presi in giro per mesi tra quindici giorni cambieremo la credenza..scandalosi vergognatevi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutta la mia famiglia ha acquistato i mobili presso questa azienda, ma la soddisfazione più grande è stata realizzare la cucina per la mia nuova casa, siamo stati seguiti passo per passo dal vice responsabile Stefano Ferrazzano, che con grande pazienza e professionalità ci ha adattato l'isola di un'altra cucina a quella lineare che avevamo scelto. Ora abbiamo una cucina da copertina!!
Inoltre abbiamo preso anche la camera da letto, qualità prezzo eccezionale e un armadio più grande rispetto alle misure standard che ci sono in commercio permettendoci di organizzare gli interni a nostro piacimento.
I montatori sono stati celeri, educati e cortesi, attenti ad ogni minimo dettaglio.
Consiglio l'azienda e soprattutto di affidarsi al Sig. Ferrazzano, la sua esperienza e professionalità non vi deluderanno sicuramente!
