★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la gentilezza della ragazza che la mattina mi ha risposto al telefono, per il ritiro ho trovato una signora molto arrogante e maleducata. Capisco che lavorare al pubblico e con le mascherine mette alla prova i nervi ma non ci si può sfogare su un cliente disponibile. Apparte che sono arrivato da Roma Sud perché mi hanno consigliato questa tipografia che continuo a consigliare per la velocità e bravura, c'è da dire che il prodotto mi è stato consegnato già incartato senza possibilità di visionarlo al ritiro e inoltre in un mondo digitalizzato ed in una metropoli come Roma ancora si fanno problemi per pagare 7 euro in contanti. Ad ogni modo spero che la mia esperienza sia stata un caso isolato...
Despite the kindness of the girl who answered the phone in the morning, I found a very arrogant and rude lady for the retreat. I understand that working with the public and with masks puts your nerves to the test but you cannot let off steam on an available customer. Apart from that I arrived from South Rome because they recommended this typography that I continue to recommend for speed and skill, it must be said that the product was delivered to me already wrapped without the possibility of viewing it at the collection and also in a digitalized world and in a metropolis like Rome there are still problems to pay 7 euros in cash. Anyway I hope my experience has been an isolated case ...
