Messi di fronte all'evidenza del fatto che avevano commesso un errore, si sono limitati a dire "non so cosa sia successo" e fare spallucce.
Decisamente sconsigliato.
After trying to blame me for a (rather gross) mistake they made, they wanted more money to deliver what we had originally agreed to.
Faced with the evidence that they had made a mistake, they just said "I don't know what happened" and shrugged.
Definitely not recommended.
