Ottavio, è stato sempre molto disponibile e propositivo, inizialmente consigliandoci nella scelta dei materiali e delle soluzioni più adatte alle nostre esigenze e poi essendo sempre presente durante i sopralluoghi e nella supervisione del montaggio. Ma quello che mi ha portato a lasciare quest'inevitabile recensione è stata la poca professionalità e sfacciataggine verso il prossimo che ha avuto questa persona a non rispondere alle mie richieste di preventivo, e quando gliel'ho fatto notare mi ha chiesto come mi fossi permesso... Che la loro azienda è libera di scegliersi il cliente che preferisce (presumo in base a convenienze o guadagni presunti). Niente di più vero caro signore (se pur, ripeto, poco professionale), ma almeno rispondimi dicendomi che non sei interessato. Perchè ti volevo portare guadagno non ti volevo lanciare letame.. quindi un minimo di rispetto me lo dovevi. A mai più. But what led me to leave this inevitable review was the lack of professionalism and impudence towards others that this person had in not responding to my requests for a quote, and when I pointed this out to him he asked me how I had allowed myself. ... That their company is free to choose the customer they prefer (I presume based on convenience or presumed earnings). Nothing more true dear sir (even if, I repeat, unprofessional), but at least answer me by telling me that you are not interested.
